Things to consider including in your report: upcoming events, open service positions, celebrations/successes, challenges, new or updated meeting times/locations, attendance trends, service activity (meetings or facilities attended, contacts made, meetings outreached, etc.), group conscience on District business, or anything you think is interesting!
